Listed Swedish property company Kungsleden is divesting six properties for a total purchase price of SEK 205 mln (EUR 22.5 mln) in three separate transactions.

The property yield comes to 4.5%. Five of these properties are held in Hemsö, Kungsleden's joint venture with AP3 (the Swedish Third Pension Insurance Fund). The sales price is approximately SEK 4 mln above book value, and about SEK 46 mln above acquisition cost.

Last week Kungsleden announced it was acquiring 29 care properties from its joint venture with the Third Pension Insurance Fund for EUR 36 mln. Kungsleden transacted EUR 170 mln of sales and acquisitions in November.
