The four redeveloped properties have a total leasable area of 73,000 m2 and are located between the centre of the Swedish capital and its airport.
They bring Kungsleden’s assets at the Kista Science City development to seven buildings comprising nearly 100,000 m2 of leasable space. The deal is expected to be closed in the first quarter of 2015.
Biljana Pehrsson, CEO at Kungsleden, said: ‘This deal is completely in line with our plan to strengthen our portfolio with high quality and sustainable properties in the right location.
‘Kista Science City is one of Stockholm’s most interesting and proven office markets, and we have for quite some time wanted to strengthen our position here.’
