Kulczyk Silverstein Properties has appointed CBRE as its leasing agent for Warta Tower, one of the largest office buildings in Warsaw.
The 82-metre high scheme comprises over 27,000 m2 at Chmielna Street in Warsaw city center. The building is owned by Kulczyk Real Estate Holding and managed by Kulczyk Silverstein Properties.
'The building offers many amenities for tenants and visitors including gardens, a conference centre, restaurant, Lux Med medical centre and a bank,’ said £ukasz Ka³êdkiewicz, director of office agency at CBRE.
Kulczyk Silverstein Properties is a privately held, international real estate development and investment management firm based in Warsaw. The company was founded in late 2010 as a joint venture between Kulczyk Real Estate Holding and Silverstein Properties.
