The facility comprises two buildings for an area of about 19,000 m2. The property is entirely leased to an international operator in the production of machinery, components and accessories for metallurgy.

Earlier in 2020, the fund also bought two other last-mile logistics facilities located near Rome and Bergamo and totalling 100,000 m2.

'The investments of the Venus fund confirm our interest in the logistics sector Last-Mileche continues to record a positive trend, reinforced by the acceleration of e-commerce diffusion processes, which has been witnessed in recent months due to the pandemic and is destined to consolidate. Factors such as capillarity and proximity to urban centers and therefore to consumers will be fundamental for investments in the near future,' commented Paolo Bottelli, CEO of Kryalos Sgr, which manages €7.9 bn of real estate properties.
