Kryalos has expanded its portfolio of office properties in the center of Milan with the purchase of a property in Piazza Affari, 2.
The historic building covers approximately 12,000 m2, distributed over eight levels with spaces for office use, benefitting from roof terraces and views over Milan.
Financial details were not disclosed.
The property is entirely leased to prestigious tenants and it is certified as BREEAM In-Use Very Good. It is located in the heart of Milan's financial district, right next to Palazzo Mezzanotte, where the Italian stock exchange is based.
The property has been purchased for a new alternative real estate investment fund managed by Kryalos with a core+ risk/return profile.
