Italian asset manager Kryalos' Hour fund has completed the acquisition of five logistics facilities in Italy for a total of 43,000 m2. Financial details were not disclosed.
Three assets in located in the surroundings of Milan. The other two assets are located in Parma and Rome.
The Hour fund is invested by Crossbay, the last-mile logistics platform of investor Mark. The fund owns a total of 30 assets representing 250,000 m2 of space.
'Logistics continues to represent an important growth opportunity as well as a strategic asset class in which to invest,' said Paolo Bottelli, Chief Executive Officer of Kryalos Sgr. 'This trend will also be confirmed in 2022 with investments that increasingly tend to move closer to large centers urban areas, responding to the demand for proximity spaces arising from the digital acceleration impressed in the last period in consumption methods.'
