Italian asset manager Kryalos Sgr has closed the acquisition of a portfolio of four logistics assets in Italy for an undisclosed amount.
The properties, located in Oppeano and Cameri, provide a total of 160,000 m2 of space. They were acquired for Kryalos' Camelot fund from the Ippocrate fund, managed by Idea Fimit Sgr.
This is Camelot's second acquisition following the purchase in March of another logistics portfolio in Norther Italy from asset manager Castello Sgr.
The fund currently owns a portfolio of 10 assets representing some 300,000 m2 of logistics space.
Founded by Prelios' former CEO Paolo Bottelli in 2013, Kryalos currently manages €3.7 bn of commercial properties. In 2015 the group took over Henderson Global Investors' Italian asset management unit.
