The project in the municipality of Sant Pere de Ribes will feature 500 homes, catering to both purchase and rental options, and will boast extensive green spaces.

Kronos Homes, a brand under the Kronos Real Estate Group umbrella, will spearhead the construction.

Designed by Binarq architects, Hudson by Kronos Homes will comprise 228 homes with one, two, and three bedrooms.  Hudson represents a €60 mln investment and will provide residents with shared amenities like co-working spaces, a swimming pool with a sundeck, and a dedicated children's area.

The Stay by Kronos built-to-rent project is a joint venture between Kronos and Nuveen Real Estate. Stay by Kronos will offer 302 rental units with one to three bedrooms. Residents will enjoy premium services such as a swimming pool, co-working spaces, an Ox Club gym, on-site dining options, a pet spa, and a children's play area.

The development will be located in a new urban area, next to the Jardí de Roquetes park and close to supermarkets, schools, pharmacies, and health centers. It offers easy access to the C-15 and C-32 motorways.

The CEO of Kronos Real Estate Group, Saïd Hejal, commented: ‘We have conceived homes in which green areas will be predominant and will have a unique design that will help to energize the urban fabric of Sant Pere, at the same time that they are carefully integrated in a location that combines the best of the Mediterranean Sea with the mountains.’

The development goes beyond just housing. Residents will enjoy a mix of shops, services, and a central boulevard promoting interaction, all conveniently located within the neighbourhood.

Kronos Real Estate aims to build 1,100 homes in the Catalan region within the next two years. Additional developments are underway in Cubelles and Vilanova i la Geltrú near Sant Pere de Ribes, with further projects planned in Barcelona, Platja d'Aro (Girona), Tarragona, and Badalona.
