The Native project will be developed on an area of 250 hectares and feature a new urban natural living concept.

The first phase will require an initial investment of €50 mln, during which 80 housing units will be placed on the market, including apartments and townhouses, designed by architects Miguel Saraiva and Eduardo Capinha Lopes.

Over the next five years the residential offer will double to around 150 units, as will the total investment to around €100 mln.

According to the company, the aim is to provide future residents the best of city and country living in a single space, while combining new concepts of home, family, work, school and leisure.

The project will also differentiate itself by the co-working spaces, co-kitchen, gym, kids club, sports facilities, restaurants, pick & collect point, among other services.

Native represents the final phase of expansion of Belas Clube de Campo, a 400 hectare development founded by André Jordan two decades ago.

In total, there will be over 1500 dwellings over a period of 15 to 20 years, almost double the 800 dwellings that exist in that development today.

The development is located in one of the biggest green spots within the Lisbon Metropolitan Area, around 15 minutes from Portugal’s capital.
