Keen Property Partners Retail (KPP Retail) has announced it has reached new leasing agreements at the Galeria Victoria entertainment and retail centre in Walbrzych, Poland with retailers Douglas, Camaïeu, Oxide&Snazee, Sunset Suits, Subway and Plus GSM. KPP Retail started the construction of Galeria Victoria in February 2009. The grand opening of the mall is planned for spring 2010.

KPP Retail started the construction of Galeria Victoria in February 2009. The grand opening of the mall is planned for spring 2010.
Galeria Victoria will be the first modern retail, entertainment and hotel complex in Walbrzych and the surrounding region, bringing the first multiplex cinema, restaurants and cafés to the city. At the moment the shopping mall is approximately 50% leased. CB Richard Ellis is responsible for leasing the mall.
The two-storey shopping centre will house a Carrefour hypermarket and approximately 180 shops, giving the people of Wa³brzych access to well-known and popular clothing brands, a home furnishing outlet (7,000 m2), the Media Expert electronics store, and other services located in a retail area of over 43,000 m2.
