Komodor LLC has executed a lease agreement with Eldorado Ukraine, a leading nationwide retailer of consumer electronics and domestic appliances, for a warehouse and office area of 11,380 m[sup]2[/sup] - or 17% - of the 68,940 m[sup]2[/sup] Komodor Logistics Park.

Eldorado, which operates one of the largest networks of home electronics supermarkets in Ukraine boasting 78 own shops and six franchise shops, has already started operations in Komodor.
Komodor Logistics Park has been fully operational since November 2008 and is considered among Ukraine's largest and most sophisticated logistics facilities with a total warehouse floor area of 59,530 m2. Built to the Class A modern warehouse standards, Komodor also features 3,650 m2 of office and 5,770 m2 of mezzanine space.
The logistics complex, situated 32 kilometres west of Kyiv on important E-40/M-06 highway, also known as Zhytomir Highway, is a joint investment project of three Western and Northern European investment companies whose approach to the real estate development has been built around the principles of highest professionalism, transparency and Western facility management.
