Global property adviser Knight Frank has bolstered its global Commercial Valuation & Advisory Leadership team, appointing a new head of Commercial Valuation & Advisory and new head of UK Fund Valuations.

Global Head of Valuation & Advisory, Caroline Bathgate, will lead the Commercial team, with Roger Young becoming head of Commercial Valuation & Advisory alongside Emily Miller, who has been appointed head of UK Fund Valuations.
 
They will continue to work alongside Katie Parsonson, head of Residential Valuation & Advisory.
 
The new leadership team will begin operating from April.
 
Roger Young joined Knight Frank in February 2020 and has over 20 years’ experience in valuing commercial property across the UK. With a focus primarily on loan security valuations, his key clients include UK clearing banks, international lenders, investment banks and debt funds.  He is responsible for all major commercial asset classes and is experienced in co-ordinating UK-wide and mixed-use portfolio valuations.
 
Emily Miller brings over 18 years of fund valuation experience to this role, having worked within the Valuation & Advisory team at Knight Frank since 2006. Miller is lead Partner on several large institutional mandates, working with clients including L&G, Abrdn, Schroders & M&G with experience across all major commercial asset classes.  Emily is a key ambassador for the Knight Frank Graduate Scheme, as well as being an RICS APC assessor.
