Property services firm Knight Frank has advised on the sale of a mixed-use development which includes Moulin Rouge, home to the Parisian cabaret named after the large red imitation windmill on its roof. The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

Property services firm Knight Frank has advised on the sale of a mixed-use development which includes Moulin Rouge, home to the Parisian cabaret named after the large red imitation windmill on its roof. The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

Moulin Rouge, along with several additional commercial elements of the development was sold to the Moulin Rouge operating company and the residential units to social housing group 13F in the largest 2009 retail investment transaction in Paris in terms of square metres.

The mixed-use development offers over 18,000 m2 of retail, leisure and offices including the cabaret, the Locomotive nightclub, fast food restaurant Quick, an O'Sullivan pub, and 80 flats.
