Knight Frank puts Moscow warehouse up for sale

Developer STD Rezerv has hired Knight Frank to sell a warehouse complex in the Moscow region for $36 mln (€26 mln).

The Khlebnikovo warehouse complex provides 25,000 m2 of warehouse and office space and is located 2 km from the Moscow Ring Road.

'Knight Frank has organised a high-quality tenant mix including large Russian companies, making the complex an attractive investment asset able to generate returns for investors of no less than 10% per annum,' said Maxim Zagoruyko, key client management director at Knight Frank.
