Independent global property consultant Knight Frank has made two new appointments to its main board in Ireland.

Independent global property consultant Knight Frank has made two new appointments to its main board in Ireland.

Chartered surveyor and professional services divisional director, Aisling Leddy, and property and asset management director, Peter Moloney, are joining the main board.

Knight Frank Ireland's managing director Paul McDowell said, 'This will be an ongoing process into the future, over time, to strengthen the corporate governance as we plan for the succession of the company'.

The divisional director for Knight Frank Ireland's professional services department, Leddy MSCSI MRICS BSc (Surv) has been with the company since 2006 when she joined as a senior valuation surveyor.

Leddy heads up Knight Frank Ireland's commercial valuation consultancy work and has particular responsibility for valuing asset transfers to NAMA and advising receivers and liquidators, as well as Knight Frank's fixed-charge-receivers, on market value, asset management and disposals.

Peter Moloney CEM, Dip. FM, MIPFMA, MBIFM joined Knight Frank Ireland from Most Commercial Management, where he was a director when the company merged with Knight Frank Ireland in 2010. He is a director of subsidiary company Knight Frank Management Ireland.
