Global property advisor Knight Frank has strengthened its UK Industrial & Logistics team with the appointments of Tori Forster and Charlie Perkins.
Tori Forster joins as a senior negotiator specializing in East London. Previously with Glenny LLP and Ocado, Tori brings a wealth of experience in real estate project management, site selection, and acquisitions.
Charlie Perkins joins the West London team as a senior surveyor. With previous roles at Altus Group and Vail Williams, he has a proven track record in advising institutional investors and property companies, such as Legal and General, Segro and BlackRock, as well as local authorities on industrial property transactions.
Knight Frank's Industrial & Logistics team has also welcomed three new permanent graduate hires. Abigail Cunningham and Oliver Wallis will join the East and West London teams, respectively, providing support to landlords and occupiers in the sector. Henry Bradshaw will focus on lease advisory.
Further strengthening the team, Paul Mussi, partner at Knight Frank, has returned to lead the team's business development initiatives while continuing to work in the East London market.
