Scott previously spent 16 years at CBRE in the valuation and advisory business. During this time, she specialised in providing valuations advice within the co-living and purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) sectors. Prior to her tenure at CBRE, Scott spent four years at Lambert Smith Hampton.

At Knight Frank, Scott joins the residential investments valuations team to specialise in providing end-to-end valuations advice for co-living and built to rent clients.

Nick Pleydell-Bouverie, head of residential investments at Knight Frank commented: 'With over a decade of experience providing market-leading valuations advice for major co-living projects, Ewa brings a wealth of expertise to Knight Frank that will be invaluable to our clients.

'Ewa's role as a trusted advisor to lenders, investors, and developers will significantly enhance our ability to expand our offering in this nascent but growing area of the professional rental market.'

Earlier this year, Knight Frank’s living sectors team brokered a forward funding deal on behalf of HUB and Bridges Fund Management to City Developments Limited (CDL) to deliver Yardhouse, a 209-home co-living scheme in Wood Lane, West London.

It was a major milestone for the sector, being HUB and Bridges’ first co-living forward fund deal and CDL’s first co-living scheme in the UK.
