Global property consultancy Knight Frank has announced the appointments of Ian Tasker and Nigel Badham as partners in its Public Sector Advisory team as part of the broker’s larger plans to grow its existing public sector offering.
In addition to these appointments, Knight Frank has also confirmed that it will continue to invest in expanding the service line over the course of the next five years.
The team will provide a full range of strategic, financial and property advisory services to Knight Frank’s public sector clients, supporting with regeneration, income-generation and cost-saving activities. These initiatives will be crucial to delivering the Government’s wider levelling up agenda and Covid-19 recovery programmes.

Tasker has been named the new head of the Knight Frank’s Public Sector Advisory team. He joins from Grant Thornton, where he was a director in the Public Services Advisory team, and head of Real Estates & Assets.
With over 20 years of experience working within the finance and real estate sectors, he brings with him expertise in providing commercial and financial advisory services to public sector clients, and has significant project finance, real estate lending and structured finance experience.
Joining him at Knight Frank is Nigel Badham, who enters the firm as a partner. Badham spent nine years as an executive director at Morgan Sindall Investments, specialising in PFI and the establishment of public-private development partnerships. In 2018 he established Infra Solutions Ltd, providing project finance and development advice to the public, private and third sector clients.
