Global property consultancy Knight Frank has expanded its project & building consultancy team with seven new appointments.

Callum Shooter joins the team as an associate director, bringing almost ten years of experience in real estate consultancy.

Working with private clients, including asset management firms and investors, as well as public sector clients such as National Grid, Network Rail and the NHS, Shooter is an established and expert technical consultant who held previous senior roles at Gleeds and BNP Paribas Real Estate.

Omar Blake joins Knight Frank as a senior mechanical engineer from Enfield Council, where he spent seven years in mechanical engineering following previous roles in facilities compliance and property management.

Both appointments will work closely with Charles Ingram Evans, head of project & building consultancy at Knight Frank, as the team builds on its existing capacity to advise clients on the whole-life cycle of development and refurbishment projects.

They will be joined at Knight Frank by five additional new appointments, each of whom comes to the firm through its graduate programme. Jack Bishop, Paul Donnelly, Xamar Viana, Edward Bascombe and Tom Tombs are all currently final year students studying for a BSc in Building Surveying from top universities across the country and will start at Knight Frank in September 2022.

Alongside their academic qualifications, each brings unique extra-curricular and work experience to Knight Frank which will prove invaluable as they support the team in advising clients on a range of construction, project and sustainability issues.

Said Evans: 'I am excited to welcome Callum and Omar to the team, and thrilled that they have chosen to join Knight Frank to develop their careers. Their ambition aligns with our growth aspirations and their appointments further strengthen our capacity to serve the full range of our clients’ needs.

'The arrival of our new intake of graduates also underlines our commitment to organic growth while supporting and generating career opportunities within the sector.'
