Property consultancy Knight Frank, has appointed Alon Brahm as managing director of its Berlin office.

Brahm joins a management team that already consists of Hanns-Joachim Fredrich, managing partner, Knight Frank Berlin, and Mike Bowden, partner, managing director - Europe, Knight Frank.

Previously, Brahm worked for Jones Lang LaSalle SE for six years in various positions, most recently as team leader, residential investment, in Berlin and in London, where he completed his Master of Science in Real Estate at Cass Business School.

Said Brahm: 'As a Berlin native, I have close ties to the region and very familiar with the local real estate market especially its current challenges. It is an extremely exciting market that offers many opportunities for investors.

'I look forward to developing the Berlin location as part of Knight Frank's international network in close cooperation with Hanns-Joachim Fredrich and Mike Bowden in the coming years.'

At Knight Frank Berlin, the 32-year-old will be responsible in his new role as managing director for large-volume transactions in the capital markets division and the management of the company in cooperation with Hanns-Joachim Fredrich and Mike Bowden.
