Announcing the hire, Knight Frank Mark hailed Routledge’s ‘vast wealth of expertise from across investment, development and private equity.'

In the role, he will work closely with fellow company partners Alastair Graham-Campbell and Richard Claxton, whom he worked with 25 years ago at Herring Baker Harris.

Welcoming the appointment, Graham-Campbell, the head of the capital markets team, said: ‘We are delighted to have Mark joining us and having known him for over 25 years, we know he has much to add.

'Mark brings significant investment and development experience to the Knight Frank team and has an excellent network of contacts within private equity.

'He is a serious ‘rainmaker’ and we are excited about what he will bring to our team.’
