Commercial property consultancy Knight Frank has made a series of appointments to its UK property asset management team.
The business has appointed Kevin Koo, Rob Sorby and Helen O’Reilly as associates, along with Reece Ireland as a property manager and Charlie Gilhooley as a graduate surveyor.
Koo and Sorby have joined Knight Frank’s team managing The Pollen Estate’s West London portfolio. Koo joins from Trophaeum Asset Management, where he managed assets in Mayfair and the West End. Sorby joins from BNP Paribas Real Estate where he was an associate director and spent twelve years in the property management team.
O’Reilly has joined the team in Manchester, after roles advising public sector clients throughout the UK including The Metropolitan Police Service, The Crown Commercial Service and Homes England.
Ireland has also joined Knight Frank as property asset manager, and will be managing the Pollen Estate’s assets on Clifford Street and Maddox Street. Prior to this, Ireland was a commercial property manager at Knight Frank affiliate Bayleys Property Services in Auckland, New Zealand.

Knight Frank’s total assets under management in the UK have increased from £1.7 bn in 2016 to almost £3 bn, rising by 15% within the past twelve months.
