Knight Frank has bolstered its commercial research team with the appointment of Victoria Ormond as partner.
In her new role, Ormond will lead the capital markets research team. With 15 years’ experience in commercial real estate, she joins from the research & strategy team at Savills Investment Management, where she contributed to the development of fund strategies and thematic research around Europe and the UK.
William Matthews, head of commercial research at Knight Frank, said: 'Victoria’s extensive experience across multiple areas of the commercial real estate sector makes her the ideal addition to our growing team. Ormond began her real estate career with seven years at RBS, where she worked as associate director in origination for large European commercial real estate portfolios before joining its German restructuring team.
