French listed shopping centre specialist Klépierre has announced the appointment of Filippo Bozzalla Cassione as new chief financial officer of its Italian business.
He joins from Orange Capital Development, a closed-end fund that invests in renewable energy and sustainable food, where he held the role of group CFO. Before that, he was finance director Italy at Kelly Deli, a major sushi operator in Europe, and he worked for 10 years for Autogrill Group, where he held several positions including head of Finance of Urban Centers & Malls division.
Bozzalla Cassione began his career at Tamburi Investment Partners, where he was senior manager with a focus on M&A transactions in medium-sized companies.
He succeeds Umberto Trussoni, who was recently appointed Chief Investment Officer at Klépierre.
