French real estate investment trust Klémurs has announced that it has completed the disposal of a retail premises in Paris for EUR 25 mln. The 8,000-m[sup]2[/sup] asset is located on rue de Flandre in the 19th arrondissement of the French capital. The sale was initially announced at end-July this year.

French real estate investment trust Klémurs has announced that it has completed the disposal of a retail premises in Paris for EUR 25 mln. The 8,000-m2 asset is located on rue de Flandre in the 19th arrondissement of the French capital. The sale was initially announced at end-July this year.

Klémurs said that the property was restructured before being leased to DIY retailer Castorama, which opened the store in June last year. The gross rent comes to EUR 1.7 mln.

Klémurs, majority owned by French shopping centre specialist Klépierre, holds 345 retail assets valued at EUR 619 mln.
