Swedish listed property company Klövern is acquiring an office building currently being renovated in Stockholm for SEK 1.2 bn (€140 mln).
The property at Aprikosen 2 in the Solna district comprises 35,200 m2 of mainly office space. The building is currently undergoing major renovation for a number of new tenants, including banking group Santander, car maker Toyota and energy company BP. Other tenants include pharmaceutical groups Bristol-Myers Squibb and GlaxoSmithKline.
Transfer of ownership will take place on 1 October.
Klövern is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm and has SEK 31 bn of real estate assets under management in Sweden.
