The Kings Place office development in London's King's Cross won two top prizes at the British Council for Offices's (BCO) annual awards ceremony held earlier this week in the UK capital. The development was named 'Best of the Best', the highest BCO Award accolade, as well as being voted Best Commercial Workplace.
The Kings Place office development in London's King's Cross won two top prizes at the British Council for Offices's (BCO) annual awards ceremony held earlier this week in the UK capital. The development was named 'Best of the Best', the highest BCO Award accolade, as well as being voted Best Commercial Workplace.
'Kings Place has not just moved the goalposts - it rewrote the book on how commercial property can integrate with the life of a city,' BCO Awards chairman John Forrester said.
Other award winners included the Pottertow Development in Edinburgh, which won Best Corporate Workplace, and the Memphis Building for Student Loans Company, which won Best Refurbished/Recycled Workplace.
