In an overview of Poland´s regional office markets, the consultant notes that, generally speaking, larger regional capitals have become accessible and offer great prospects for economic growth. This is seen driving commercial activity, which in turn will lead to an increase in demand for Grade A office space.

In an overview of Poland´s regional office markets, the consultant notes that, generally speaking, larger regional capitals have become accessible and offer great prospects for economic growth. This is seen driving commercial activity, which in turn will lead to an increase in demand for Grade A office space.
´We anticipate take-up not only from local companies, but increasingly by regional offices for foreign companies, banks and BPO (business process outsourcing) operations. The future pipeline should also provide ample institutional product for investors and property companies,´ King Sturge says.
The overview looks at the current situation and future prospects for office space in the cities of Krakow, Lodz, Poznan, Katowice, Wroclaw and the Tricity area of Gdansk, Gdynia and Sopot.
