International property consultancy King Sturge said it has launched the sale of luxury residential schemes in the cities of Prague and Bratislava.

In Prague, King Sturge has received the sales instruction for Rezidence Kampa, an exclusive building located in the Mala Strana district that will give residents sweeping views of Prague Castle, Charles Bridge and the Vltava River. King Sturge expects the building, refurbished by J&T Development, will set new price records for the city. Rezidence Kampa units are expected to reach pricing levels well above EUR 10,000 per m2 compared to a previous development price record of EUR 8,500 per m2 set last year. The consultancy says there is an extensive waiting list for units.

Meanwhile, King Sturge Prague and Bratislava teams will cooperate on the disposal of a luxury development covering an area of over 30 acres in the heart of Bratislava. Located near the Old Town district, the development consists of 240 luxury apartments overlooking the Danube that are expected to go on the market in March.
