Investment and asset manager KGAL has appointed Britta Roden as head of research as of 1 January.

Roden has almost 20 years of experience in investor-facing roles as well as consulting and financing.

Most recently, she was head of real estate research at Münchner Hypothekenbank, a firm she joined in 2018. In that role, she built up the research department and advised the management board on developments in the European real estate markets.

Other professional positions she has held include several years as a Bulwiengesa appraiser, head of research at Westdeutsche Immobilienbank, and research analyst and consultant at JLL, Invesco and ERM.
