German firm KGAL has announced the acquisition of the Jahreszeitenverlag office building in Hamburg from Hannover Leasing for an undisclosed amount.
The asset was bought for a special AIF fund focusing on investments in office properties, commercial buildings and retail parks in German metropolitan areas.
The six-storey building was designed by architects Bothe Richter Teherani and completed in 2006. In total, it comprises around 25,790 m2 in rental space and 308 parking spaces.
It is fully let to publishing house Jahreszeitenverlag as well as to a number of consulting firms, software services providers, advertising and marketing firms as well as construction sector companies.
