Keops-Colliers names new head of research

Consultancy group Keops-Colliers International has announced the appointment of Isabelle Assens as new head of research, reporting directly to the group's chairman Laurent Castellani.

Assens, aged 38, will be based in the group's Paris office and will be responsible for carrying out more in-depth French market analysis and developing reports intended for international clients, in collaboration with the EMEA research department of Colliers International.

Assens has over 10 years of commercial real estate experience in internationally oriented positions. She started her career in 2002 as member of the asset management team at the SITQ/Ivanhoe Cambridge Group. Three years later she was appointed head of research at Knight Frank and since 2007 she has been working as director of European research and strategy at the real estate investment management firm CBRE Global Investors.
