Kennedy Wilson is believed to have acquired the Moraleja Green shopping centre in Alcobendas, near Madrid, from Dutch financial giant ING for a price between €70 and €75 mln.
According to Spanish press reports, the asset is changing hands for slightly more than the price ING paid for it in November 2014.
A year ago, CBREGI sold the mall for €68 mln after having put it up for sale through Cushman & Wakefield for about €90 mln.
Completed in 1995 by developers Metrovacesa and BBV Inmobiliario, it provides 76,763 m2 of space in total.
Cushman & Wakefield and Dentons are advising the buyer on the deal, while Deloitte and DLA Piper are acting for the vendor.
The deal follows Kennedy Wilson's acquisition of a portfolio of 16 supermarkets in Spain from a joint venture between French institutional investors managed by AEW Europe.
