Global real estate investment company Kennedy Wilson has hired Augusto Zunzunegui as director to build the firm’s origination and acquisitions expertise.

Zunzunegui , who will be based in Kennedy Wilson’s Madrid office, has more than 14 years’ experience in real estate and finance, predominantly focused on the Spanish and Portuguese markets. He joins Kennedy Wilson from Patrizia, where he was director of Transactions and was responsible for the company's investments in Spain and Portugal, delivering more than €550 mln in transactions over the last four and a half years.
 
Prior to this he held senior positions at KPMG, Catella Spain and Zaphire, which is now Savills Investment Management, part of Savills-Aguirre Newman Group.
