Kenmore Property announced on Friday that Hannu Manninen will head the UK firm's new office in Helsinki. Kenmore said the latest office opening continues the group's focus on driving acquisitions across Europe and follows on from the opening of new offices in Stockholm, Berlin and Antwerp.

Kenmore Property announced on Friday that Hannu Manninen will head the UK firm's new office in Helsinki. Kenmore said the latest office opening continues the group's focus on driving acquisitions across Europe and follows on from the opening of new offices in Stockholm, Berlin and Antwerp.

Kenmore has invested over £200mln (EUR 250mln) in a portfolio of investment properties and developments in Finland. The assets include the re-development of an existing 12,835 m2 retail scheme in Helsinki and 46,180 m2 of warehouse and office accommodation in Vantaa.

Hannu 16 years of property experience and joins Kenmore from Schaumann Group. In addition to heading the Helsinki office he has also been assigned the role of director of asset management for Finland.

Kenmore has £1.9bn of investments and developments across the UK and in France, Holland, Germany, Belgium, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Dubai and Qatar.
