The construction of Equator's Phase II will start with no pre-lease requirement, according to Martin Prokes of the Karimpol Group. 'This is an important but rare step on the Warsaw and wider CEE market, and represents a growing level of confidence in market conditions into 2011 and beyond,' he added.

JLL was hired as exclusive leasing agent for the property, which will have 12 floors and four underground levels offering 250 parking spaces.
