Aydin Karaduman is taking over from Ulrich Höller as CEO of listed German property investor DIC Asset in January 2016.
Karaduman, who holds a degree in industrial engineering, currently serves as executive president and CEO of the real estate division of Bilfinger Group. He will leave Bilfinger at the end of this year and be replaced by Joachim Ott, currently Bilfinger's head of corporate business development & key account management.
Höller will transfer to DIC Asset's supervisory board and is also taking the reins at German Estate Group (GEG), a joint venture established earlier this year between Deutsche Immobilien Chancen (DIC Group) and US private equity group KKR.
Deutsche Immobilien Chancen holds about a third of the shares in DIC Asset, which owns 230 properties across Germany with a market value of €3.2 bn.
