German fund manager KanAm’s Leading Cities Invest (LCI) vehicle has expanded its portfolio with the purchase of an office building in the centre of London.
Financial details were not disclosed.
The six-storey building is located at 3 Copthall Avenue. The property, built in 1875, was redeveloped in 2016 and is currently let to various tenants, including an international health consultancy, an investment management company and a recruitment agency.
