German property fund manager Kanam US grundinvest said on Thursday it had acquired two office buildings in the Dallas suburb of Frisco for $62.7 mln (EUR 43 mln).

German property fund manager Kanam US grundinvest said on Thursday it had acquired two office buildings in the Dallas suburb of Frisco for $62.7 mln (EUR 43 mln).

The two buildings are part of the Duke Bridges Business Park and have total lettable space of around 26,400 m² . The buildings are 90% occupied by T-mobile, the mobile telephony arm of Deutsche Telekom, with the other 10% occupied by credit management firm Debt XS. The leases run to 2017.
