Situated on the Rue Hanovre not far from the Opéra, one of the buildings was constructed around 1900 in the Haussman style and extends to a net rental area of 2,226 m2 of mixed uses over basement, ground and six upper floors. The building was most recently renovated in 2021.

The second building, which was also built during the Wilhelminian era, is also located in the Opéra submarket of the city's central business district on Rue Athènes. 9 Athènes is rented on a long-term basis by the Rennes School of Business, one of the country's so-called Grande Ecole for economics.

With a focus on office and logistics investments across Germany, Europe and North America, Frankfurt-based KanAm currently offers separate account deals as well as eight special real estate funds for institutional investors.

Both value-add and development risk asset classes can be included across special real estate funds for institutional investors. Clients include banks with Depot A investments, companies and church assets, pension and pension funds as well as high net worth family assets.

According to the firm, KanAm Grund also works with institutional investors on separate accounts and operates through KanAm Grund Real Asset Management (REAM) asset management services for individual large properties or real estate portfolios.
