Germany's KanAm Grund Group has purchased Princes Court, an office building in London, for an institutional investment fund.

Financial details were not disclosed.

Tenants of the eight-floor property, located some 400 metres from the London City Wall, include Bank of China, Korean Kookmin Bank Co, Turkey's largest bank Turkiye Is Bankasi AS and both American and British investment and stock exchange companies like Sun Trading International, Hudson River Trading Europe and SVS Securities.

Over the past six months, this new fund has made purchases in Marseilles and now, for the second time, London. It forms part of a growing family of specialised institutional funds by the KanAm Grund Group, with assets in France, the UK, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Switzerland and Germany.

Clients investing in this KanAm Grund Group family of funds include banks with their depot A investments, enterprises and church assets, pension funds and high-net worth family assets.
