Aviva Investors Real Estate France has signed a preliminary agreement to acquire the headquarters of Aviva France at 80 avenue de l'Europe in Bois-Colombes, near Paris.
According to French paper Businessimmo, the transaction price amounted to around EUR 210 mln.
Located in one of the largest new construction areas in the northwest of Paris, the scheme was completed and acquired by two KanAm funds in April 2005. It provides 28,848 m2 of usable space in two wings that are linked by transparent corridors as well as 635 parking spaces.
