London-based developer-investor Kajima has appointed Alex Parsons as investment and development manager to enhance the company's property services.
Parsons will work alongside John Harcourt, head of property, identifying new investment opportunities with a particular focus on London’s commercial office sector. She will also support the firm’s ongoing development projects, which include a new office and retail scheme at 77 Coleman Street in the City starting later this year.

She has real, hands-on, experience in commercial property, both from the client and contractor perspectives, and she will be a real asset to the team as we expand our property portfolio in London, the UK and Europe,' commented Harcourt.
Joining Kajima from Skanska, Parsons brings experience in both main contractor and developer roles, including overseeing the construction and leasing of the Monument Building in the City of London.
