Pan-European real assets business Kajima is bolstering its London-based logistics team with the appointment of Tamara White as associate portfolio director.

She will be responsible for the expansion of Kajima’s European logistics platform and growing the third-party asset management business.

White brings extensive portfolio management experience from her time at Savills IM and Knight Frank.

She worked as a portfolio manager for Savills' Strategic Partnerships division for more than five years, focusing on pan-European logistics.

Notable accomplishments include managing a €1.8 bn European and UK portfolio on behalf of Malaysian pension funds and helping to acquire and manage a €376 bn portfolio of logistics assets in Poland and Germany on behalf of a Malaysian investor and Japanese JV partner.

At Knight Frank, where she was associate partner, White managed a 148,644 m2 portfolio of central London offices and oversaw the management of buildings in Birmingham, Glasgow, Edinburgh and Cardiff city centres.

Kajima’s logistics portfolio includes developments in Germany, France, Spain, Czech Republic and the Netherlands, as well as including 51,000 m2 of logistics assets under management in Poland.
