French real estate group Gecina has announced that medical web services firm Kadrige has signed a lease for 796 m[sup]2[/sup] of office space at 120-122 rue Réaumur, Paris 2. The renting of the 6th and 7th floor represents the last available office space in the 5,000 m[sup]2[/sup] building.

French real estate group Gecina has announced that medical web services firm Kadrige has signed a lease for 796 m2 of office space at 120-122 rue Réaumur, Paris 2. The renting of the 6th and 7th floor represents the last available office space in the 5,000 m2 building.

The interior of the beaux-arts style complex was redeveloped by Gecina and architect Benoît Peaucelle from LPA. On this transaction, Gecina and Kadrige were advised by Jones Lang LaSalle.

Gecina owns and manages a portfolio of nearly EUR 12.5 bn of office and residential properties, as well as hotels, healthcare facilities, logistics platforms and student residences.
