Kadans Science Partner has acquired the 52Nijmegen office building in Nijmegen, The Netherlands, from Cromwell Property Group for just under €42 mln.
The scheme, which used to be part of the Hummingbird portfolio, is located next to the Novio Tech Campus, where Kadans already owns two buildings for the knowledge-intensive sector.
The 18-storey office tower provides around 25,000 m2 of offices, laboratories, restaurants and conference facilities as well as 587 parking spaces. It is multi let to nine companies in the high tech and consultancy sector.
Kadans has focused on the knowledge-intensive sector since 2010 and recently signed a joint venture with Oaktree Capital Management to expand the portfolio.
CMS and Colliers International advised Kadans. Cromwell Property Group was advised by Loyens & Loeff.
