The company's new regional headquarters is in 7,000 m2 in the former Fort Zaan headquarters of retailer Ahold in Zaandam. The deal signed before the New Year means that the total of 8,100 m2 of Fort Zaan is fully leased. In November, DTZ Zandelhoff arranged the relocation of the headquarters of GTI's operations in the central Netherlands to Daltonlaan 500 in Utrecht.
