Demolition work has started on the development project at 100 Cheapside in the City of London, paving the way for a 9,300 m2 office and retail development. Completion is scheduled for 2014.
Joint venture partners Carval Investors, Orion Capital Managers, the City of London Corporation and Quadrant Estates are developing the new BREEAM 'Excellent' building, which will offer floor plates of up to 1,000 m2 over 10 floors.
100 Cheapside is located in the heart of the City of London, between the Bank of England and St Paul’s Cathedral. The development will include 836 m2 of retail space.
CBRE and BNP Paribas Real Estate will act for the joint venture partners on the leasing of 100 Cheapside.
