JR Capital and Chancerygate fund picks up UK shed portfolio

A multi-let urban logistics investment fund managed by property investment company JR Capital and asset manager Chancerygate has acquired a portfolio of seven fully-let units totalling 55,780 ft2 (5,182 m2) on Crow Lane Industrial Park in Northampton.
