The mix-use building includes approximately 6,400 m2 of retail, 6,300 m2 of office, and 2,400 m2 of fitness space. There is also parking for 272 cars. The retail tenants include H&M, C&A, Deichmann, Benetton, Tchibo and dm Drogerie. The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
